You can say I am ugly, but I know that not's true
You can say I am stupid, but you act like a fool
You can say I am crazy, but I know I'm not mad
You can say I have no friends, where are your friends at?
You can say I'm poor, and even if that be true
You can say I am dirty, but I act better then you!
You can say I am sqaure, and I know I ain't cool
You can say I'm corny, but I don't do drugs in school.
You can say I should be bad, I know you all want to
You can say I will never make it, but how will you?
You can say I'm dumb, but I'm staying in school.
You can say whatever, do as you please.
But what you say can never hurt me.

~~Black Girl~~
Skin so silky, so chocalate brown
Eyes that scold, laugh and frown
Hair so long, so jet black
Voices that torture, that penetrate and attack
Eyelashes so long, lips so curvy
Walking the damaged streets of Jersey
Ears so perfect, filled with jewels
each day stolen by ignorant fools
Skin such a problem, she only travels in fright
To afraid to step out at night
Limitations heavy, finiacialy problems strong
feeling so cursed, feeling so sad
To be a black girl all along

~~Untitled~~
I have faced my biggiest fear today
Instead of just running away
I'll come straight up to you
And tell you how I feel
It all boils up
Its exploding all the way
I tell you that I hope
that you feel the same way
I really really liked you
In the greatest ways.
Now please oh please
please dont walk away
I love you
I really do
I have alot of courage
So instead of just another girl
passing you in the halls
I'll be your girlfriend
then we'll pause...

~~hollow
eyes~~
I loved you once before the lies
the hurt and pain made me realize
you tried to control me take my spirit out
I saw what you were really about
I decided to dump you leave you flat on the floor
I ran out of the room and slammed the door
but your spirit haunted my every step
the sight of your face in my heart it was kept
I had grown into being comanded
when I left you my heart was stranded
so I went back to you my spirit broken
and let you use my heart as a game token
there was no sparkle in my eyes
you muffled the sound of my hearts depressed cries
